This safari tour departs daily from Johannesburg to the famous Kruger Park in search for Africa’s wildlife. We also include a visit the very scenic Panoramic Route.  During your time in the Panoramic route we stay in a luxury 4 star type lodge the night. We accommodate you in the Kruger Park in their free-standing, round-like rondavel type rooms with en-suite  bathrooms to enhance your experience in the wild. The rooms certainly are still very comfortable with air-conditioning installed. While we do the game viewing in the comfort of our vehicles, you also have the option to book an open vehicle safari from the camps. The duration of such safari is around 2,5 – 3 hours.

Day 1.  Johannesburg – Kruger National Park

We embark on the safari tour driving eastwards to the Kruger Park  via Witbank and Middelburg to Nelspruit. Enter the Kruger National Park in the south.  Your encounter with Africa’s wild life starts here as we begin our  thrilling  safari. Tonight we enter our camp for dinner and overnight. We overnight in our comfortable free-standing ‘rondavel’ type room with air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

Day 2.  Luxurious Kruger National Park Safari

Today we devote our time to game viewing in search for the ‘Big Five’ among other animals. Reach the camp at sunset for dinner and overnight. Some also may want to do a night drive in an open game viewing vehicle utilising high powered spotlights to find the nocturnal animals (optional).

Day 3.  Panoramic Route

After a final game drive and breakfast, we leave the park and drive via Klaserie and the Abel Erasmus Pass to the Escarpment and visit Blyde River Canyon, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, God’s Window and the Pinnacle Rock. Travel to Sabie where we overnight. Overnight Ligna Lodge.

Day 4.  Pilgrim’s Rest – JNB

Our first stop is at the Lone Creek falls. We then visit the town of Pilgrim’s Rest, the museum. Take a walk through the main street and get carried away to the late nineteenth century when this little village was bustling with activity as a result of the alluvial gold found here before returning to Johannesburg, arriving late afternoon.

This Sani Pass day tour is an adventure day out! Travel up the mountain pass with 4 wheel drive vehicles, awe at the views and on a clear day one can see up to 250km! Drive inland past Pietermaritzburg to the area of gently pastoral beauty, also called the Natal Midlands. We pass through grassy plains scattered with Zulu villages and lush farmlands where plump cattle and thoroughbred horses graze. Afterwards, arrive at the top of the mountain in the kingdom of Lesotho. You visit the locals and they may  invite you into their house, which often result into tasting locally baked snacks or bread! Lunch is served at the top in the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho some 3 000 metres above sea level. Afterwards, we descend down the mountain, change vehicles and set off to Durban. Wildlife Highlights Safari – Durban to Durban (Code: SCDH)

This overnight safari departing from Durban is completely devoted to finding Africa’s wildlife including the Big Five in the Zululand reserves north of Durban – for those with limited time.  We operate the tour in our vehicles with the opportunity to join open vehicle safaris to further enhance the experience. DAY 1   Durban – Zululand – Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park (Big Five Safari) Our Big Five wildlife safari commences at around 08h00 from Durban.  Travel northwards and turn towards the village of Eshowe (Zulu for the sound of the wind blowing through the forest).Traverse along scenic mountainous areas with beautiful vistas. Past Ulundi, the Capital of the previous homeland of KwaZulu, continue to the park. Enter Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park game reserve to start our game viewing and spend the day here. Late afternoon we exit the park and exit late afternoon and travel to our nearby country hotel. Overnight at the Zulu Nyala Heritage Hotel. DAY 2   Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park – Durban After an early breakfast we return to the reserve and spend most of the day searching for Africa’s Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo). You are able to join an optional early morning open vehicle safari. Enjoy lunch (not included) at the Hilltop recerational centre and afterwards continue game viewing.  We leave the park around mid-afternoon for the final section to Durban. 4 Day Guided Garden Route Tour from Cape Town – Solo DAY 01. Cape Town – Hermanus – Swellendam – Mossel Bay (Cape Garden Route) Your 4 Day Guided Garden Route Tour From Cape Town going solo. Depart on the Cape Garden Route tour at around 09h00. We continue eastwards towards the Garden Route. The road takes us via a beautiful coastal route between Gordon’s Bay and the beautiful seaside town of Hermanus. (Hermanus is also arguably the best place in the World to spot Whales from land – July to Dec). After lunch, you continue to Mossel Bay and visit famous Cape Town tourist attractions such as the oldest post office in Africa.   A huge hollow tree was used to hide the post at the site of the first landfall, made by the Portuguese explorer Bartholomew Dias in 1488.
