Meet the Team

Nic de Klerk

He first concentrated on travel marketing and in 1990 moved to the operational side to be more hands-on. In 1993 SOUTHERN CIRCLE TOURS & SAFARIS was born. The rest is history and a success story.

Debbie Venter has a long history in retail travel and joined us to explore the operator side of travel. She is responsible for product management and head the operations of the company.

Jac du Toit, an ex-political journalist, has a wealth of information and assists with product development when he is not busy looking after our guests.

Jacques du Toit looks after our guests in the Cape area and has many eager followers who had contact with him for his eagerness to make sure they are perfectly looked after while travelling with us

David de la Quearra, Daniel Smit, Hans Schouten, Barry Dalhouzie, Chris Schutte, Peter Fifield, Taki Cristodoulou, WP Dutton and Tony Molyneaux are all entrusted with our guests and you can read all about them and the good work they do in our Testimonial section!

The company grew from strength to strength and today we can pride ourselves on being one of the respected smaller operators in South Africa. We regard our policy as the very result of our success: We supply a personalized service and exclusive programs to small groups utilizing small luxury accommodation at affordable prices.

Our team is picked not only for their knowledge in the trade, but also their commitment to excellence. Our in-house guides are specialists in their own fields and are academics in their own right.
